Since your order is placed and paid for on the retailer's site, please reach out to their customer support directly — they manage shipping, tracking, and delivery timelines, not Affiliate Picks.
Refunds and returns are handled by the retailer you purchased from, following their own return policy. Affiliate Picks does not process payments or refunds itself.
